There's video evidence of the things I did and said that night but I've been sworn to never digitize or distribute the contents of said VHS tape by a friend who has a very important job at a big company (he got hypnotized that night too). ... Honestly, I believe that hypnotherapy has the ability to help us visualize, concentrate, relax, let go of mistakes, and potentially be our best selves. I wouldn't be putting it to the test if I didn't think it were true.
