During a classroom demonstration at Bayonne High School, I hypnotized three students, then—while they were still in the state of hypnosis—I asked them whether they thought they were hypnotized. I like to do this during my demonstrations to give the class and the volunteers the opportunity to realize that, although a person is deeply hypnotized, he/she can feel as though they are awake or not hypnotized. An example of a hypnotic induction into a state of somnambulism. A much faster, more efficient induction could have been used during this session. However, in this video I use a slow, long one to demonstrate various techniques.
